School Board

Our School Board consists of nine members elected by St. Joseph Parish and ex-officio members including the Pastor, the Principal, and a faculty representative. The president or chairperson of the school auxiliary groups (Parents+, Athletic Committee, and Bingo Committee) are also ex-officio members.

The School Board represents its constituents: Parents, guardians, and parishioners. It is advisory to the pastor and principal. Members agree that they will use their gifts, talents, and insights for the common good of the community to promote the mission and goals of Catholic education. Standing Committees include fund-raising, publicity/marketing, legislative action, communications, 12/24 hour commitment, long range planning, and the executive committee.

The School Board usually meets on the fourth Monday of the month during August through May at 7:00 P.M. in the school. The meetings are open, and parents are invited and encouraged to attend. Elections are held the last Sunday of April.
