Our next Casino Night fund-raiser will be held on Friday, November 6, 2009. There is a $5.00 entry fee and the event runs from 6:00 P.M. until midnight. Black Jack, poker, and Texas Hold 'Em, Chuck-A-Luck, Over/Under, and 50/50 raffle are some of the many games offered. Cash bar and food and refreshment concessions are available.
For the 2008-2009 school year, the profit for this fund-raiser went towards improving our supplemental reading program for our kindergarten through eighth grade students. Our quest was to supplement the reading series with independent books for each classroom, which will further strengthen our students' reading abilities.
The goal for the 2009-2010 school year Casino Night fund-raiser profits will be announced in the near future.
